Client Experience Associate

Client Experience Associate for our growing route service department. You will speak with thousands of residents from apartments and condominiums who use our laundry equipment.

Position duties:

Provide direct customer support for residents of apartments and condominiums that use our laundry equipment.

Ensure all interactions with residents are professional and courteous.

Support resident needs in a timely and consistent manner and model exemplary customer service behaviors, with the customer as the primary focus.

Handle customer calls until resolution or forward them to the appropriate party.

Respond to incoming dispatch and service-related calls and emails from technicians.

Monitor and assist technicians in completing calls promptly.

Data entry/ update information into dispatch software. Keep up with a list of jobs for the day and prioritize based on scope of work/emergencies. Compiling a list of scheduled work for the next day. This includes work orders that were not completed.

Map and route technicians to perform service of laundry equipment at apartments and condominiums as well as laundromats.

Qualifications:

Fluent in English and Spanish

Prior experience in dispatch or customer service associates is a plus.

Ability to read maps and understand basic routing concepts.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills that put people at ease.

Proficiency in MS office suite, excel, word, and Outlook.

Accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.

Salary range based on experience $39,500-$43,000
