Job summary
The Director of Operations is responsible for ensuring optimal operational and financial performance for their assigned contract(s). This role requires strong acumen in both Business Operations and Revenue Collection/Management. The DOO is an organizational advocate who conducts themself in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures, and strives to drive the company's mission and vision forward.The Director of Operations ensures that all account criteria and expectations are consistently met or exceeded. Ensures the facility is appropriately staffed in accordance with the contract in place. DOO should pay special attention to hours scheduled, with overtime targets in mind Checks in regularly with clients and ensures that the team is exceeding their expectations.
Oversees and maintains all equipment needs Handles any escalated customer inquiries while solving problems using sound judgment Prepares account specific procedures oversees compliance
This fast-paced role requires juggling responsibilities ranging from successfully building leading teams establishing upholding revenue controls managing operational performance parking equipment maintenance maintaining a professional relationship with client - all heightening patient experience.
