- Create and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 software.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop comprehensive project schedules.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying any risks or delays.
- Make adjustments to schedules as necessary to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Conduct sites walk downs when needed to gather accurate project data.
- Communicate effectively with project members of all levels, providing updates on scheduling and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Project Scheduling role for small and large capital projects.
- Proficient in Primavera P6 software, with the ability to set up and manage resource loaded schedules.
- Strong knowledge of MS Project or similar software is a plus.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and manage changing priorities.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and researching for solutions.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
