Operator Role

• We seek top-notch Customer Service Representatives to deliver exceptional support.
• You will primarily take calls for one industry, but also receive calls from other accounts to support overflow.

We serve a range of industries, including Medical, Real Estate, Legal & Finance, Tech & Security, Contractors, and Business Services, providing tailored communication solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers professionally and empathetically, understanding concerns and complaints while adhering to scripting guidelines.
• Provide timely and accurate assistance, addressing customer concerns with efficiency and courtesy.
• Take accurate phone messages during interactions, ensuring clear documentation.

Compensation

Our starting wages are among the best in the industry:

• 0-4 Months: $17/hr
• 4-8 Months: $18/hr
• 8-12 Months: $18.50/hr
• 1 Year: $19/hr

In addition to these rates, we offer performance bonuses on a weekly basis to maximize earning potential.
