- Previous registration or comparable experience
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Basic medical terminology.
- Data Entry or Scheduling experience
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.) experience
- EPIC experience
- Core Hours for shifts: 9:30-6
- Position provides coverage to the inpatient scheduling team at Marianjoy, covering for PTO, Trade Days, and/or Leaves as needed.
- Shifts will occur primarily Sundays-Thursdays
- Estimated 1-5 shifts per month and one holiday, or as needed.
