    Description
    Spherion Staffing in Lakeland has partnered with a local manufacturing and construction company who is looking to add a customer service representative to their team. The ideal candidate will manage incoming calls, assist installation crews with project scheduling and completion.

    Highlights:
    Monday-Friday Schedule

    Company will provide software knowledge training

    Responsibilities:
    - Communicates with all departments to track and plan job scheduling.
    - Ensures that all requirements such as HOA approval, Permit approval, and materials are available prior to confirming installation date with customer.
    - Data entry of all communication activity pertaining to customer accounts in CRM.
    - Maintain and update scheduling system and trackers.
    - Reviews all information to include site photos to ensure that it is ready for installation.
    - Plans and coordinates crew & equipment assignment for each job.
    - Communicating with customers.
    - Follows up with customer to confirm that all contract requirements for site preparation are met prior to the day of installation and requests photos for support.
    - Answering customers' questions and sending additional information.
    - Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
    - Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
    - Assist Installation Crew with issues and packet completion.

    Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

    Skills:
    - Good mathematical and geographic skills
    - Good communication skills
    - Ability to work independently and mutlitask
    - Bilingual a plus

    Education:
    High School

    Experience:
    1-4 years

    Qualifications:
    - High School Diploma/GED
    - 2 to 5 years of Customer Service Experience
    - Experience with CRM Application software
    - Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Adobe applications
