Sun-Thur, 8:30 AM to FinishPay: $21/hourShamrock anticipates closing the application window for this job opportunity on or before December 31, 2024This position is responsible for cutting and trimming chicken to size for display or as ordered by customer and places chicken in containers to be wrapped by other workers
Essential Duties:
Cutting, trimming, and boning carcass sections of chicken to reduce to cooking cuts such as breasts, whole birds, stew cubes, and grinding meatPerforming cuts using various tools including a poultry sawCutting and weighing breasts and whole birds for individual servingsPerforming other duties as assigned to meet business needsQualifications:High school diploma or GED preferredTwo-three years related experience and/or trainingMust have the ability of using cutting utensils and running an electric pallet jack or forklift.
Regularly lifting and/or moving up to 100 poundsFrequently lifting and/or moving up to 50 poundsOccasionally lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds
