Position Overview:
We are currently seeking intentional and meticulous individuals to join Rudys Country Store & Bar-B-Q in San Antonio. As a Beginner Pit Master, you will learn how to play an essential role in the final preparation of our BBQ. This position requires consistent and thorough completion of the Rudys tradition of BBQ. Learning our pit systems and staying true to our standards is vital for the success of our operations.
