    We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in ground up or core & shell projects. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience working with a general contractor on construction projects.

    This role demands a proactive leader with excellent project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

    Our client at Michael page is a leading general contractor specializing in ground up/ core and shell builds for primarily commercial projects in the Seattle metro area.

    This general contractor has a commitment to quality, innovation, and client satisfaction and has positioned us as a preferred partner for a wide range of businesses seeking to enhance their office and commercial spaces.

    Lead and manage ground up projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

    Coordinate and oversee all project activities, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
    Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.
    Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards.
    Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, resolving them promptly to keep projects on track.
    Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
    Ensure compliance with all local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
    Foster strong relationships with clients, enhancing their overall project experience.
    Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
    ~4-8 years of experience in project management with a general contractor, specifically focusing on ground up and core& shell projects.
    ~ Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    ~ Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations specific to tenant improvements.
    ~ Proficiency in project management software and tools.
    ~ 9-12 company holidays
