About the Role –
As we continue our fast growth, we are looking to add to our Brand Partnerships team within the Advertiser Success group.
We are hiring a Campaign Associate to join our Ad Operations team, who will support the organization in managing and monitoring campaign health through reporting and optimization tactics.

About the Job
Ability to independently execute and monitor campaigns utilizing various internal tools.
Partner with the Account Management team to deliver against client objectives and goals.
High attention to detail to efficiently manage and troubleshoot a high volume campaign launches.
Compile and monitor reporting to ensure pacing and performance goals are met.
Identify campaign performance issues and collaborate on optimization opportunities.
Influence standards, best practices and shares learnings at the category team level
Become the expert on ad formats, position and placements
About You
Minimum Qualifications
1-3+ years of similar work experience
Proven track record of building strong customer relationships
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Drive (GMail, Docs, Sheets and Slides), Salesforce and Tableau. Mode is a plus
Knowledge of paid search, display, account management, ad serving, CPG or e-commerce
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and take initiative in a high paced environment
High attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills and creative problem solver
Data storytelling and strong presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Performance media experience
Knowledge of programmatic advertising
