HR Specialist (6-Month Contract)

Location: Sandy, UT (Hybrid - 2 days in office)

Duration: 6 months

Compensation: $25/hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Generalist to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives, with a focus on assisting with the integration of a new software (ADP).

Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records in ADP.
Handle inquiries from employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Support the payroll process by assisting with data entry and verification.
Assist in the integration of new HR software (ADP), including data migration and system configuration.
Collaborate with IT and HR teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to software integration.
Assist in ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements.
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

Preferred: 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or related roles.
Proficient in MS Excel
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
