Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Monitors, tests, calibrates, and repairs instrumentation and equipment to maintain measurement accuracy.
Performs in-house lab and on-site calibrations as needed.
Develops calibration procedures and suggests relevant standards.
Completes all necessary documentation for calibration and repair tasks.
Ensures timely and high-quality completion of all business duties.
Traveling Technicians will provide daily support to local accounts, including occasional overnight travel.
Undertakes other assigned duties as necessary.

Hard Gage Calibration Technician: Calibrates and repairs various test and measurement equipment such as Thread Gages, Plain Rings and Plugs, Gage Blocks, Pin Gages, and Length Standards.

Required Skills/Abilities

Strong critical thinking skills with a focus on customer service.
Proficient in Metrology concepts.
Capable of working independently.
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, and the ability to adapt quickly to other software platforms used in daily calibration activities.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
Relevant experience in test and measurement equipment calibration preferred.
3-5 years experience with formal PMEL training preferred (for Electronics Calibration Technician role).
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
