- Support the Project Manager in project planning, scheduling, and coordination to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Assist in preparing project budgets, estimates, and forecasts, and track project expenses to ensure adherence to financial goals.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to procure materials and services necessary for project completion.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or obstacles, and implement proactive solutions to mitigate issues.
- Collaborate with the project team to maintain clear communication and foster positive relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction activities, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and address any onsite challenges.
- Assist in the review and interpretation of construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure project requirements are met.
- Support the coordination of inspections, permits, and approvals required for project completion.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, change orders, and other relevant records.
- Contribute to project meetings, providing updates on progress, challenges, and resolutions as needed.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continually enhance project management processes and techniques
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum of 23 years of experience in commercial construction project management or related role.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Primavera, Microsoft Project).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Detailoriented mindset with a focus on delivering highquality results within established timelines and budgets.
- Knowledge of construction industry regulations, codes, and standards.
- Experience working in San Antonio or familiarity with local construction practices and regulations is preferred
