We are seeking a qualified individual to fill the role of Principal Systems Engineer within the Systems Engineering team.

    Job Description:
    As a Principal Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of complex military systems. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to projects such as the Armored Multi-Purpose Vehicle (AMPV), Amphibious Combat Vehicle (ACV), Bradley Family Of Vehicles, and Recovery Family Of Vehicles.

    Responsibilities:
    • Lead cross-functional teams in the development and optimization of systems engineering solutions for cutting-edge weapons systems.
    • Drive the development of system architecture, ensuring it meets the highest standards and aligns with project goals.
    • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and expert consultation to team members and stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and customers to integrate innovative solutions at the system level.
    • Conduct design reviews, both internally and externally, ensuring seamless subsystem and system integration.
    • Oversee verification and validation activities throughout the fabrication, assembly, and testing phases.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to senior management and internal/external stakeholders.
    Skills Required:
    • Proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with peers, customers, and upper-level management.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to excel in a team-oriented environment.
    • Proficient in project planning, execution management, and cost and schedule control.
    Experience Required:
    • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in systems engineering.
    • Proven track record working with complex military systems.
    Education Required:
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
