    The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales team. You will be a key contributor to our sales team's success. You will primarily be in charge of scheduling and preparing our sales team for important meetings and trade shows. You will provide outstanding customer service by liaising between the sales team and the customer.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure showroom is Always Ready, work with merchandising to order any missing samples
    • Sales Team with market prep and appointments, own the Market calendar, schedule models, order catering during market as needed
    • Partner with sales to pull model looks during market, update mannequins
    • Own NuOrder: set up line sheets for market, partner with marketing to ensure home page imagery and video is up to date, partner with IT to get Canadian pricing updated on time, barcode samples for ease of order entry at trade shows
    • Enter market orders once received by sales
    • Develop relationships with Assistant Buyers
    • Maintain accurate and up to date shipping log, follow up on monthly EDI confirmations
    • Distribute all ecommerce images, VPI's, pdp, F&B, video and copy to accounts
    • Partner with account site specialists to gather data and gain insights for improvement
    • Track all samples in and out of the showroom, keep sample closet well organized and tidy
    • Send samples to accounts and Sales team as needed
    • Coordinate with EMEA marketing to ensure US wholesale partners receive digital assets by deadlines
    • Own Drop Ship process, partners with sales to ensure Drop Ship styles are live on partners sits in a timely manner and data enter weekly topline selling results using SkyPad or Customer Portals/Reporting the Wholesale Sales team as needed

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business or related field
    • Strong proficiency with Excel; specifically v-looks ups and pivot tables
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • A true sense of urgency with the Ability to multi-task and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent creative problem-solving skills
    • Ability to take initiative to complete tasks quickly and independently
    • Exceptional follow up and organizational skills

    NEW YORK PAY RATE: $60,000/yr-$65,000/yr
