The Guest Service Representative is responsible for serving each guest courteously, quickly and efficiently while adhering to our Operating Standards Manual (OSM). Key duties include greeting customers with a sincere smile, taking orders within company mandated time frames, suggestive selling of products as directed by management,
and resolving customer complaints promptly.
The ideal candidate possesses knowledge of all restaurant policies,
practices and operational procedures, excellent interpersonal skills
,and basic computer skills. They must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment,
