Do you have a proven record of managing the Accounts Receivables for a company? Are you self-motivated and able to work independently? Randstad is looking for someone Part Time in the Fayette County area to work for a well established company. This is a temp to hire position and is hybrid. Responsibilities

• Communication with clients regading outstanding invoices 45+ days
• Maintain MS Excel spreadsheet with account updates pertaining to outstanding receivables
• Provide customer account transaction ledgers when requested
• Maintain customer contact list to ensure all company accounts payable contacts are current
• Manage reporting of invoices and accounts that exceed the terms of receivable purchase orders; send alerts to management
• Understanding the application and use of individual state sales tax exemption certificates and their applicability to different manufacturers and industries
• Acquiring, replacing or renewing sales tax exemption certificates to ensure compliance with all state laws
  
  Skills
• Accounts Receivable (2 years of experience is required)
• MS Excel (3 years of experience is required)
• Sales & Use Tax (2 years of experience is preferred)
• Exemption Certificates
• Financial Reports (1 year of experience is required)
