    Job Title: Software Engineer (ML)

    Location: Dearborn, MI

    Job Type: Contract / Hybrid

    This role will work in a small, cross-functional teams. The position will collaborate directly and continuously with other software engineers, tech anchor, product manager and cross functional teams. The team you will be working on manages and supports different tools and services across the AIAC platform as well as provides support to the end utilizing these tools and services.

    Skills Required:

    Work closely with Tech Anchor, Product Manager and Product Owner to manage machine learning tools using Agile Methodology.

    Leverage latest ML, Gen AI and GCP technologies and tech stacks.

    Drive PoCs/Discoveries of new tools and technologies to support robust ML Platform.

    Collaborate with other software engineers to understand platform vision, break out tasks and help them solve complex issues.

    Provide end user support for various ML tools. Be proactive in resolving end user issues.

    Grow technical capabilities / expertise and provide guidance to other software engineers on the team.

    Skills Preferred

    Must be a self-starter to understand existing bottlenecks and come up with innovative solutions. Bachelors in computer science or similar discipline.

    Experience working with OpenShift, Google Cloud Platform and Gen AI projects.

    Experience applying Agile practices to solution delivery.

    Experience in all phases of the development lifecycle.

    Must be team-oriented and have excellent communication and presentation skills.

    Open to learning new technology.

    Knowledge of coding and software engineering best practices.

    Experience Required:

    4+ years of work experience as a software engineer with exceptional software engineering knowledge.

    2+ year of experience and good understanding of OpenShift / Google Cloud Platform / DevOps / CICD / Docker / Kubernetes / GitHub.

    Good to know Python.

    Understanding or desire to learn end to end Machine Learning and Gen AI technology stack (Tools such as Kubeflow, Airflow, Seldon Core, Weights & Biases, Labeling tools etc).

    Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to share/teach others, willing to learn and work collaboratively with others.

    Experience Preferred:

    Some experience in Python.
