- Selling mostly home and some auto insurance policies and advising on coverage
- Cross selling other insurance products
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Marketing to agency professional contacts
- Building relationships in networking groups, chambers of commerce, apartment complex management groups, realtors and brokers, etc.
- Taking responsibility to meet office sales and customer service goals
- Assist sales agents with phone calls as needed
- Maintain accurate records, paperwork, reports, bookkeeping, databases, etc.
