- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering or a minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience.
- Self-directed, results-driven team player with the ability to work well with different departments.
- Knowledgeable P.C. user with Minitab experience.
- Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma experience are a plus.
- Familiar with quality engineering/manufacturing tools and terms.
- The metallurgical background is a plus.
- People-oriented with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational skills.
