- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and feeding.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Help to maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure residents' needs are met.
- State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) certification in the state of Ohio.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred but not required.
