    Exciting Job Opportunity Alert We at DataScan's Audit Intelligence (Ai) Operations Team are on the hunt for a Supervisor, Ai Best Practices.

    This is a remote position with quarterly travel to Alpharetta, GA

    SUMMARY:

    The Ai Best Practices (BP) Supervisor will provide direction and oversite of the Best Practices Department. The Ai Best Practices Supervisor is a multifaceted point of interaction between Operations, Development, Implementations, Risk/Compliance, Training, and DataScan's clients. The role requires a thorough knowledge of the floorplan audit process and an awareness of what constitutes the "best practices" of floorplan auditing and risk management. Additionally, it supports DataScan's vision through close coordination with the Ai Support and Logistics department Associates who proactively support DataScan's clients and field staff, maintain client confidence, and promote DataScan's Core Values. This role possesses a detailed awareness and control over the DataScan Audit Templates, audit process and procedures and an understanding of Industry Standards in floorplan auditing and inventory risk management. This is a client facing position and should personify aspects of customer service, integrity while making sure that DataScan's risk is mitigated in all decisions and processes. The role provides business expertise and internal and external consulting in DataScan's current Inventory Risk Management business and product suites and will work across the organization providing industry knowledge to future products.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide direction to and oversight of Ai Best Practices Analyst to effectively support DataScan's field associates, Operations Management, and clients.
    • Support DataScan's growth plan by being strategic, innovative, and participating in the development of future product and service offerings.
    • Maintain awareness of the proper audit process for floorplan inventory audits, possess the ability to define risk in the audit process and convey that information to clients as defined as "best practices."
    • Provide Audit, Risk Mitigation and "Best Practices" consulting to DataScan's clients.
    • Act as a subject matter expert on the risk mitigation, audit process, audit software and DataScan's process and procedures for new Implementations (clients) to Ai and future risk management solutions.
    • Act as a liaison between clients, OPS Management and Ai development in the process of vetting change requests, creating change tickets in Ai or updating Ai Procedures.
    • Maintain awareness of each DataScan client's procedures as outlined in the client's templates and be able to provide clients guidance on Industry Standards and suggestions for improved risk mitigation within the audit process.
    • Provide appropriate messaging, white papers, etc. for both DataScan's field team and clients on topics of risk, audit software, audit processes, differing requirements of different collateral and audit procedures.
    • Work collaboratively with peers in Ai Support, Ai Audit Quality, Compliance and Risk, Field Operations, Ai Development and other DataScan departments to identify systematic problems, new solutions or improve existing processes to better support both internal and external customers.
    • Provide consultive and subject matter expertise to Ai Audit Quality, Compliance and Risk, Field Operations and Ai Training to address negative Compliance/Risk trends then partnering in determining template/process solutions or training solutions and organizing the coordination on field communication(s) on solutions to reduce potential errors before they occur.
    • Capacity to communicate with clients effectively and professionally in writing and conversation.
    • Detail oriented and organized, and able to make decisions regarding quality standards while demonstrating the ability to analyze, evaluate and incorporate changes.
    • Ability to do extensive research on topics to identify existing problems or issues and propose solutions based on current software options and knowledge of the audit process.
    • Technical proclivity with a focus on decision trees and managing process flow.
    • Capability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines while effectively managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university preferred.
    • Five years or more of applicable experience in: floorplan auditing, banking/financial services, automotive, customer service, field services or related industry.
    • Management or Supervisory experience (2 or more years) preferred
    • Valid driver's license with ability to travel for business needs, including air travel when applicable.
    • Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite, SalesForce, Jira, Audit Intelligence (Mobile and Desktop)
    • Must have strong oral and written communication skills. Able to effectively communicate and interact with clients, field, and internal associates.
    • Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
    • Ability to travel to client locations as required and DataScan headquarters in one week per quarter.
    • Extensive knowledge of the floorplan audit process, with in depth knowledge of each step in the process and the verification processes needed to complete an audit.
    • Extensive knowledge of the Ai software and how it operates (Templates, Spelunker Data, and GPS analysis).
    • Knowledge of DataScan's Human Resources policies, content requirements, and workflows.
    • Demonstrates high-quality standards and a risk mitigation mentality.
    • Aptitude for data analysis and interpretation.
    • Must have strong oral and written communication skills. Able to effectively communicate and interact with clients, field, and internal associates.
    • Possesses excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and multitask.
      This is a remote position with quarterly travel to Alpharetta, Ga.
