    We are actively seeking a
    General Manager (NJ/PA/IL) to help drive Medly's mission and support the next phase of growth.

    The General Manager will be an integral partner to Medly's HQ leadership and have an impact on all business operations and objectives.

    The GM will ensure that each store represents the Medly brand and operations through and through.

    Team Management The General Manager (GM) is the lifeline of a high performing team. Work closely with HQ for high quality training and expediting hiring timelines to minimize human capital gaps. The GM is continuously looking at the bigger picture and incorporating this in their team management style. Develop an effective performance management workflow and team development plan to ensure optimal output. The GM is accountable to employee satisfaction, retention and performance.


    • Strong HQ Partnership Instill and elevate the Medly strategy playbook.
    Your role will be to ensure each store in your territory is Medlified:
    represents and upholds a consistent high quality patient/employee experience.

    You will be in the weeds day in and day out for local retail operations, identifying opportunities to communicate and collaborate with the central team.

    They will serve as the voice of the market and partner with HQ as it does in market analysis from competitors to monitoring regulatory changes.

    Additionally, you should develop strong interpersonal relationships and stakeholder management across central teams.


    • P&L Ownership Manage the budget from partnering with sales/HQ to drive the top line to serving as a catalyst to efficiencies to enhance the margins and bottom line. Build robust forecasting models and iterate on them with real time insights, working closely with the finance team to set the right budget target. Continuously driving down the delta between actuals and forecasts while minimizing any quality tradeoffs.
    • **He/She will think through how the next quarters and years should look as well as the big ticket items that will help Medly get there. To complement this the GM will ensure strong operations day-to-day, identifying and helping enhance critical end-to-end business processes in each Pharmacy department/location. Utilize sound business judgment to continuously run local tests on everything from improving patient experience to the new market growth strategy with cost per prescription.
