    We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management for North America.

    This leader will be responsible for creating and developing an industry leading end to end supply chain organization for the new commercial refrigeration business.

    The role will evolve from tactical to strategic and team management as the North American business evolves.

    We are looking for a leader to manage; portfolio of North America direct and indirect spends, leading performance in all aspects of procurement including strategy, organizational alignment, sourcing and local category management, supplier relationship management, operating process management including procurement, performance management, digital and technology, and talent management.

    Map short-, medium- and long-term SC needs and propose an agile execution plan.
    Create new standard work procedures to help ensure compliance with all auditors as business grow.
    Set, lead, and develop a purchasing team in Direct and Indirect Spend Management as business grow to manage.
    Strategically manage local suppliers.

    Effectively lead delivery of step change in sustainable value creation to advance company competitiveness and improve reliability of supply to meet business and factory demand.

    Effectively manage supplier relationships up to and including C-suite level and transform from traditional buy-sell relationships to joint value creation/co-risk share models.

    Manage fixed cost budget associated with the function.

    Oversee project and strategy development, contract management activities and productivity of team using CCR tools to manage supplier performance measures, financial incentives in contracts, and continuity of supply.

    Oversee day-to-day operation.

    Bachelor's degree with 8+ years' supply chain experience OR Master's degree with 5+ years of supply chain experience
    ~3+ years of experience developing supply chain processes or supply chain program management
    ~30% international and domestic travel

    Direct and indirect purchasing experience
    Ability to excel in a dynamic environment
    Demonstrated thought leadership with ability to lead analysis and resolution of complex problems where success requires the evaluation of both tangible and intangible variables
