Your enthusiasm for helping clients meet their insurance needs and your attention to detail to ensure they are able to protect everything that matters most to them will make you a fantastic addition to our team. Responsibilities

Issue insurance documentation and update policies.
Assist clients with payments
Assist agents with daily tasks
Obtain and maintain accurate client records.
Answer client questions, problem solve, and follow up.

Requirements

Customer service experience required. Insurance experience is a plus
Strong computer and technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Agency Management software proficiency.
A team player who is detail oriented with the ability to multitask and willingness to learn.
Professional communication skills.
