    We are in search of a multi-unit experienced Corporate Restaurant Director of Operations for our thriving markets in LATAM and the Caribbean Region. This Director will bring a strong track record of leading profitability and operational strategies that result in overall growth by supporting franchisees across diverse markets.

    This position will be based in either Monterrey Nuevo Len, Mexico, Mexico City, Atlanta, GA or Miami, FL and be fully bilingual Spanish/English in both spoken and written word.

    The ideal candidate must have significant experience in the Quick Service Industry (QSR) or restaurant industry with multi-unit operations experience in Corporate Operations. Experience with franchise agreements and contract compliance is critical. Strong relationship building skills are imperative.

    Travel for this position will include travel to LATAM and the Caribbean ~60%.

    Responsibilities include - but are not limed to:

    • Drive Franchisee Relations - develop strong partnerships with international franchisees, driving business planning, marketing initiatives and daily operations. Lead quarterly business reviews and prepares annual plans to propel initiatives forward.
    • Lead Profitability Strategies - design and lead initiatives to ensure franchisee profitability by analyzing restaurant and market-level P&L's and sales data to draw conclusions.
    • Act as the liaison between franchisees and corporate to implement initiatives that maximize profitability.
    • Drive net restaurant growth by achieving opening/closing targets and supporting franchisee site selection.
    • Manage new restaurant development processes and provide support for market expansion opportunities.
    • Ensure operational excellence and achievement of key metrics. Conducts and oversees roll-outs of LTO's including product training and development of training tools.
    • Proactively identify restaurants that are underperforming by monitoring sales metrics. Lead and collaborate with marketing, supply chain and franchisee teams to execute impactful marketing initiatives.
    • Champion restaurant reimaging projects and collaborate on market plans.
    • Oversee proper execution of brand standards across the region. Ensure that franchisees remain in good standing with the Church's brand.
