    Registered Nurse - Oncology

    Washington DC NW

    Requirements:
    - Experienced Registered Nurse
    - Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
    - Bachelor's degree in nursing required
    - 1-2 Years Leadership Experience
    - 1-2 years Specialty experience
    - 5-7 Years Experience
    - Washington DC Registered Nurse License required
    - BLS required

    Duties:
    - Improve patient flow through the unit for clinical efficiency and patient satisfaction
    - Represent nursing staff in hospital committees and meetings
    - Ensure compliance with standards and regulations
    - Coordinate clinical operations and activities
    - Implement methods to increase effectiveness and efficiency
    - Provide personnel management functions
    - Perform case management and patient/caregiver education
    - Manage revenue cycle processes
    - Monitor and control budgets
    - Perform other appropriate duties
