- Assist in the interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new sales team members.
- Lead and facilitate the training of new sales team members including orientation on the Bath Experts' one-call-close sales process.
- Observe and evaluate sales calls to provide sales team members with feedback, coaching, and guidance on improving sales results.
- Conduct on-going training and performance workshops designed to improve the skills and knowledge of new and current sales employees in areas such as product knowledge, performance improvement, etc.
- Provide real-time direct support and guidance to the sales team including assistance with technical questions and negotiation tactics to ensure that they are equipped to successfully close deals with clients.
- Analyze sales data/metrics and perform skills gap analysis to identify challenges, design coaching programs, and provide resources and assistance to team members to improve performance.
- Motivate and educate sales reps through call reviews, 1 on 1 coaching sessions, live observations, group discussions and team meetings.
- Understand goals and identify/bridge gaps in performance, productivity, and quality at both the individual and team level.
- Act as a subject matter expert on all company sales processes and sales related systems and tools (CRM, phone, iPad, tech, etc.).
- Travel to assigned markets as needed.
- At least 2 years of in-home sales experience required.
- Previous leadership, trainer, coach experience preferred but not required.
- Must be familiar with the one-call-close sales process.
- Ability to train, coach, and mentor within the established sales process.
- Proficient with sales related systems and tools (CRM, sales tech, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, motivate, and influence credibly and effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal, sales, and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.

About the Role: Sales Performance Training Manager
The Sales Performance Training Manager is responsible for leading and facilitating training programs, providing real-time practical assistance and direction to the sales team, and delivering coaching and guidance on the established Bath Experts' one-call-close sales process.
