IT Operations EngineerResponsibilities:

Manage all IT systems including planning, deployment, and maintenance of systemsPerform system and software upgrades quickly and efficientlyLad and support various projects completing them on time and under budgetMonitor and enhance all user security, access controls, and data protection measuresLead data migration projects using excel templatesImplement and maintain DevOps practices streamlining software developmentTroubleshoot, identify, and implement solutions for root cause of any issues that ariseWork with development team on tracking software bugs and finding resolutionsIT Operations EngineerRequirements:Bachelor's Degree or greater in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fieldIn-Depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP SystemWorking knowledge of and previous experience with PowerBI for reportingProven professional experience with ERPs and Warehouse Management SystemsPrevious experience working on an ERP implementation, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365Experienced in DevOps tools and practicesPrevious experience with data migrations and strong Excel template knowledgeAmple experience with Microsoft SQL Database developing stored procedures, writing SQL queries, designing custom databases, and strong ETL pipeline knowledgeStrong root cause troubleshooting skillsIT Operations EngineerBuild a rewarding long-term career with us at CFS-when we knock, doors open.
