We are seeking a reliable detail oriented Administrative Office Assistant to support a small boutique commercial real estate firm based in New Rochelle NY approximately 30 minutes from New York City.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Process and track rent checks and tenant payments
  • Work with the company s property management system including tenant billing statements
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
