We are currently looking for several experienced Banquet Servers to become a part of our talented team and assist in delivering an exceptional guest experience. Your primary responsibility in this role will be to provide high-quality service that meets our clients' expectations while working collaboratively with our exceptional team.

BANQUETSERVER's responsibilities include but are not limited to Demonstrating genuine hospitality and setting the stage for an exceptional dining experience by making every single guest feel welcome. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Curate and deliver a food and beverage experience to our guests in a professional, caring, and timely manner.

BANQUETSERVERESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES/FUNCTIONS:

• Ensure station and table set-ups are complete and perform various side duties as assigned by the Floor Supervisor.
• Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining and service areas.
• Keep all areas clean to avoid hindering operations.
• Provide the best Customer Service and make a great client experience at all times.

BANQUETSERVER QUALIFICATIONS:

• Self- Motivated.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• To work as a team player at all times and be prepared to be flexible in order to ensure that operations are always efficient and profitable as possible.
• To be aware of restaurant/company skills and standards, ensuring these are followed.
• To be responsive to any guest's request.
• To inform managers of any complaints/comments/perceived issues.

BANQUETSERVER PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS TO PERFORM JOB DUTIES:

• Ability to stand and walk on sometimes slippery surfaces for extended periods of time.
• Ability to twist, turn, push, pull, and reach down, forward, and overhead repetitively; Kneel, squat, stoop and crouch frequently.

BANQUETSERVER EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO PERFORM JOB DUTIES:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent BUT OPEN to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED.
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety rules.
• Must have banquet experience.
• Must have required banquet attire - all black with black neck time OR all black with white dress shirt, and black vest.
