- Manage multiple customer orders, associated tasks, and projects
- Take responsibility for the profitability of each of your individual customer order transactions
- Manage customers and suppliers with a positive attitude.
- Meet required customer ship dates.
- Take responsibility for the completion of your orders through the invoicing stage.
- Process orders and quotations accurately and timely.
- Provide quotation copies to field sales reps
- Work closely with field sales to meet customer needs (quotations, pricing, project work, product research, expediting)
- Keep customer cross-reference and customer contract pricing current
- Must have ERP systems experience
- Mechanical aptitude would be strongly preferred but not required
- Knowledge of rotating equipment, seals, and packing is strongly preferred
