About the role

The FP&A team is seeking a high-visibility Senior Director. Operating at the heart of our organization, leading the budgeting, forecasting, and actual analysis for our Streaming line of business (LOB) and Go-to-market teams.

The Senior Director partners with our Go-to-market teams including marketing, content operations, business development, and product & engineering.

The role may require occasional travel domestically.

• As our FP&A Senior Director, Go To Market you will be the Finance Business Partner for our Go-to-market teams and lead the finance support for Crunchyroll's Streaming LOB.
• This will include the development of strategic plans and the delivery of accurate, and insightful performance analysis and insight.

A day in the life of our Senior Director FP&A:

• You will work closely with business leaders and teams to understand the context behind the numbers.
• You will lead the monthly analysis of actual business performance, working with Go-to-market teams, accounting and business intelligence to consolidate and interpret financial information.
• Build relationships and influence across all levels of the company.
• You will produce ad hoc analysis, and help drive efficiency and improvement across finance and business functions.
• Be the Finance Business Partner for our Go-to-market leadership and teams to develop growth plans, optimizing business resources available.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to communicate Streaming LOB performance and strategic initiatives.
• Spot and highlight internal and external trends & variances to produce analysis.
• Develop and drive the influence of finance across departments.
• Help develop Go-to-market strategies and successful execution.

You will report to the VP of Finance and works a hybrid work schedule.

We are considering applicants for our Culver City office.

About You

• 15+ years of finance experience in the media industry.
• Understanding of subscriptions, marketing and content licensing.
• Demonstrated analytical rigor and experience resolving complex business problems with well-structured analytics.
• Knowledge of streaming industry dynamics and competitive landscape.
• Advanced financial modeling skills, specifically within pricing and subscription management.
• Experience evaluating commercial arrangements and business proposals.
• Ability to understand and navigate large organizations and business functions.

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll's Total Rewards offerings for employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, employer matched retirement savings, time-off programs, and progressive health benefits and perks.
