    Who you are - Project Manager

    You are a dynamic, detail oriented, intuitive person with the ability to develop relationships, build rapport and become a trusted team member.     What you'll do
    • Support projects of varying size and scope, utilizing PM principles that relate to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK)
    • Consult and collaborate with each department of the credit union to help solidify and define project requests. Interface with each department to understand their needs and processes.
    • Act as the liaison throughout each assigned project, ensuring thorough communications and positive results. Report on the progress of each project to management and to the project sponsor with an agreed upon frequency on quality, status, time, and budgets.
    • Oversee projects through the phases of initiation, planning, execution, and completion, while monitoring and controlling it through each stage. Manage the project plan, call out & assist with roadblocks, and provide periodic status updates and reporting. When faced with conflicting priorities, setbacks, or budget constraints, prepare and present alternatives to management. Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
    • Document and archive all project activities in the designated system, including building out schedules, testing plans, and other project documentation.
    • Guide, inspire, and motivate project team members and stakeholders to manage and overcome issues to effectively achieve project objectives. Manage project team member's expectations for each project.
    • Provide feedback to leadership that can help steer organizational change to support healthy project outcomes.
    • Performs other tasks or functions as required, requested, necessary or prudent from time to time.
    Knowledge/Skills/Experience Required:
    • Strong desire to work in a purpose driven organization
    • 3-5 years of relevant experience, including experience in a bank or credit union and experience running PM for projects.
    • Experience working in a matrix organization
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at the senior management level and across all levels of the organization
    • Excellent analytic, organization, presentation, and facilitation skills; ability to lead multiple tasks under tight deadlines
    • Ability to prioritize workload and to work independently
    • Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    Education/Certifications/Licenses

    A college degree.Agile Scrum Training/Certification is a plus.
