- A Bachelor's degree in a commercial, economic, scientific, or related field
- At least 1 year of professional relevant experience preferred
- Working understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and Mergers & Acquisitions is a plus
- Project and/or consulting experience is a plus
- Good presentation skills
- Aptitude for creating structured top-down written and oral communication
- Good analytical visualization skills
- Proficiency in using PC tools (PowerPoint and Excel) with an interest to improve speed and capabilities
- Strong language skills in English (written and orally)
- Flexibility in terms of working under tight deadlines and ambiguity/changing circumstancesThe Project Manager will:
- Support the integration lead by executing tasks/workstreams in line with expectations
- Structure identified issues and facilitate problem-solving sessions
- Prepare project plans with draft milestones and meet deadlines with high-quality output
- Facilitate data gathering and capture notes from interviews with internal and external input providers
- Structure and execute quantitative and qualitative analyses and support the development of recommendations
- Prepare slides using structured communication approaches

Proclinical is seeking a Non-technical Project Manager for a leading pharmaceutical company. This is a contract position located in Plainsboro, NJ but open to remote work; preference for candidates based in NYC or NJ.
