Engage directly with our customers to iterate and build a best-in-class user experience
Implement and enforce engineering and operational best practices. You will set the bar for the engineering team and ensure the team delivers extraordinary results
You will need to balance reliability, speed of iteration, robustness & security in the short- and long-term
Help drive company culture and mentor engineers, both junior and senior
5+ years of experience in hands-on software engineering, as well as technical leadership (tech lead or people manager)
~ Experience building technologies in the crypto space
~ Experience with languages and frameworks such as TypeScript, React, or GraphQL
~ Experience with tools, practices, and programming patterns for ensuring software correctness
~ Fluent in writing design documentation as well as participating in technical discussions and reviews synchronously, asynchronously, in person or remotely
~ Strong desire to work at a very early stage startup with interest to take on project from zero to one with collaboration with the rest of the core team
~ Love working hard and enjoy a fast-paced environment with a delivery-minded mentality: innovate, iterate, and ship fast
~ Thoughtfulness and enthusiasm in company, team, and culture building
~ BS or MS in computer science, engineering, or other technical degrees
