    Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
    • 2pm-11pm schedule
    • Managing day to day cash responsibilites
    • Managing day to day business activities, shift organization and restaurant needs
    • Managing team member performance and staffing needs
    • Overseeing daily inventory needs
    • Engaging and resolving customer complaints
    • Owning and managing daily, weekly and monthly goals
    • Executing catering orders and unique customer needs
    REQUIREMENTS:
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong people skills with a desire to serve team members
    • Strong commitment to superior customer service
    • Ability to manage team member behavioral and performance issues
    • Knowledge of computer and internet based software and hardware preferred
    • Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
    • Must be available Monday to Saturday

    Applicants will also be expected to be able work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary.

    Requirements
    • Must be at least 18 years of age upon hire date
    • Must be eligible to work in the United States
    • Must have a source of reliable transportation
    • Must work well under pressure
    • Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
    • Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
    • Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low
    • Works in hot, noisy and fast paced environment
    • Mobility required during shifts

Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
