Description

An inpatient facility is seeking 2 full-time adult psychiatrists for ongoing locum tenens coverage starting ASAP. They have 3 adult psychiatry units and 1 child psychiatry unit.
The facility is located in Nassau County/Long Island, NY.
The psychiatrists are expected to manage a caseload of 12-15 patients each, utilizing an electronic medical record (EMR) system. Additionally, there are weekend opportunities and the option for emergency room shift work if desired.

The credentialing process takes 30 days, and benefits from include competitive weekly pay, occurrence malpractice insurance, as well as provisions for lodging, travel, and rental car/mileage if necessary.
