    Project Description:
    The Information Technology Business Apps Department is seeking an IT Technical Analyst to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing projects related to complex and highly specialized applications.

    The role involves developing and enhancing application systems, translating business needs into technical solutions, and providing technical assistance and troubleshooting.


    Role Description:


    As an IT Technical Analyst, you will act as a technical team lead and be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining application systems based on business requirements.

    You will implement innovative solutions utilizing emerging technologies and support integrations between various IT platforms.

    Additionally, you will provide production support for business application systems and interact with user managers and department users to diagnose and resolve system problems.


    Key qualifications:

    Experience:
    Demonstrated experience with SDLC, including implementing and supporting Oracle ERP modules, particularly HR, Advance Benefits, Recruitment & Payroll.

    Proven track record in designing complex, scalable, and robust custom applications using Oracle tools such as Oracle Forms & Reports, Oracle Apex & JavaScript.

    Expertise in database programming involving SQL & PL/SQL. Proficiency in .NET programming.
    Preferred experience in middleware development using Boomi or Oracle SOA.

    Education & Certifications:
    Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    Relevant certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) for Oracle ERP modules
    Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) for .NET programming, and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) for project management.

    Skills & Qualifications:
    Strong knowledge of Project management SDLC/PMLC methodologies and best practices.

    Familiarity with theories, principles, and best practices of information technology ERP systems, business software applications, Oracle applications and databases, and client/server software architectures.

    Ability to analyze situations, identify problems, recommend solutions, and evaluate outcomes.
    Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    Professional interaction with various levels of employees.
    Ability to respond to issues and incidents in a timely manner.
    Proficient comprehension of technical written material. Ability to compile, analyze, and interpret complex data.

    Knowledge of:
    Extensive knowledge of SDLC, implementing and supporting Oracle ERP modules primarily HR, Advance Benefits, Recruitment & Payroll. Experience in .NET programming. Middleware development using Boomi or Oracle SOA is preferred.

    Ability and Skill to:
    Ability to analyze situations, identify problems, recommend solutions, and evaluate outcomes.
    Effective oral and written communication skills.
    Professional interaction with various levels of Metro employees.
    Ability to respond to issues and incidents in a timely manner. Comprehend technical written material. Compile, analyze, and interpret complex data.
    Hybrid position: 30% home & 70% On Site
