- Design and develop scalable and robust business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI, SQL Server, and Azure.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Lead the integration of business data sources into SQL Server, ensuring data accuracy and availability.
- Develop complex SQL queries and stored procedures to support data extraction and analysis.
- Create interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports in Power BI for various business units.
- Ensure the security and compliance of BI solutions in line with industry standards and company policies.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI usage and best practices.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in business intelligence and data analytics.
- Work directly with team members and users to help accomplish corporate analytics and data integration needs.
- Support existing features and develop additional features for data warehouse.
- Support the organization's effort to document requirements and features.
- Point of escalation for data related issues.
- Project work as assigned.
- Ability to work with others at all levels of the business to effectively deliver solutions with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a BI Architect or similar role, with a focus on Microsoft Power BI and SQL Server.
- Strong understanding of database management, data modeling, and data warehousing principles.
- Expertise in SQL Server, SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), Power BI.
- Proficiency in DAX and Power Query.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Healthcare Revenue Management experience, a plus.
