Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Litigation Associate Attorney. The Litigation Associate Attorney at YOKA | SMITH, LLP will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks related to high-exposure lawsuits. This includes conducting legal research, providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, conducting discovery, participating in negotiations, and representing clients in court. The role is primarily located in the Los Angeles or Irvine areas, with some flexibility for remote work.
