Job summary
We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers and vendors, you will be responsible for greeting them and directing them to the right person. You will also answer calls and create and maintain filing systems. Additionally, you will invoice customers based on job cards, proposals, timecards and purchase orders.Responsibilities
- Greeting customers & vendors coming into the office.
- Answer calls coming in to the "General Calls" line.
- Create and maintain filing systems.
