    Bienvivir is currently accepting applications for the following positions:

    INTAKE COORDINATOR LVN / Full-Time

    Location: McKinley Facility (2300 McKinley, El Paso, TX 79915)

    The Intake Coordinator is responsible for the recruiting and screening of prospective participants for the program. In conjunction with DHS Medicaid Eligibility Worker, the Intake Coordinator will conduct home visit and initiate the application process for all prospective participants interested in enrolling in the program. The Intake Coordinator will also serve as a program-community liaison, with local community participant referral sources (i.e. hospitals, state agencies, churches, community health care providers, local businesses, etc). The Intake Coordinator will be under the direct supervision of the Intake Supervisor.

    HOME CARE COORDINATOR LVN / Full-Time

    Location: Support Center (656 Rancho Alegre Way, El Paso, TX 79915)

    Assists with the direct and indirect supervision of the Personal Assistance Service Attendants in the field. Directly responsible for instructing and implementing the PAS Service Plan.

    QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

    1. Licensed Vocational nurse with current state registration.

    2. One year of experience working with the frail or elderly population preferred.

    3. Must have an automobile, valid driver's license and insurance.

    4. CPR Card
