    Description

    Job Title - ServiceNow Technical Architect

    Location: Seattle, WA, or Plano TX - hybrid role

    Duration: 12+ Months

    Experience - 10+ years of experience in IT with at least 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect or Consultant.

    Job Description

    1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
    2. Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements and objectives.
    3. Develop technical solutions and implement best practices for ServiceNow platform and integration with other systems.
    4. Define and document technical designs, including solution architecture, data model, integrations, and workflows.
    5. Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
    6. Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules and applications to meet business needs.
    7. Provide expertise in configuring and customizing ServiceNow platform to implement complex business processes and workflows.
    8. Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams on ServiceNow best practices, standards, and methodologies.
    9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, system administrators, and business analysts to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow projects.
    10. Perform technical assessments and provide recommendations for optimizing and improving existing ServiceNow implementations.
    11. ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer(CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) are a plus.
