The Sales Support Specialist role is responsible for coordinating and executing the Revenue Realization process in a hands-on detail-oriented coordination role that emphasizes collaboration data accuracy and operational readiness.

- Review contracts and related documents to prepare projects for operational execution.
- Verify scope of work pricing unit counts and service details for accuracy enter contract information scope of work and pricing into operational software systems track quality-check new sales for completeness consistency identify trends discrepancies or risks within scopes of work escalate as needed track project status key milestones release through completion notify relevant departments new projects updates scope changes maintain revenue realization tracking accurate project setup documentation perform quality assurance reviews report on project completions maintain organized records support audits reporting operational visibility collaborate with Sales Operations support reporting data accuracy assist tracking reporting metrics such as New projects released completed projects contract holds missing documentation projects delivered without contracts unit counts services sold regional pricing consistency interdepartmental communication issue resolution escalations assistance implement document process improvements related tools system updates program requirements maintain clear up-to-date procedures consistency scalability other duties assigned reports Vice President Business Support works cross-functionally Sales Operations Field Teams Onboarding Account Setup administrative departments ensure construction projects scope changes required documentation accurately set tracked delivered.
