- Pay: /hr.
- Budgeted through 2024 with the potential to extend.
- M-F 8 am – 4:30 pm, fully onsite with no travel required.
- Will be receiving service tickets from patients or equipment users through the portal, identifying the potential reportable event, and properly coding and documenting events.
- Identify if the issue affects the equipment user or patient (equipment caught on fire affects the user, wrong test results that affect the patient are patient related).
- Will be addressing equipment concerns for In-Vitro Diagnostic equipment (chemistry, blood analyzers, assay package inserts, etc.).
- Expected to report events within 24/48 hr. window to meet global regulations.
- Need someone who has hands on experience with running the clinical equipment and interpreting patient results since 80% of service tickets they deal with are patient results issues.
