    **The Global Customer Services team at Zscaler is growing in both size and revenue and we are looking to continue this scale at a hypergrowth speed. As the Head of Strategy, you'll own the ideation, design, and development of new support offerings for Zscaler to continue to scale at our rapid growth pace
    **Lead the overall global strategy for support portfolio offerings to drive higher customer satisfaction and business operations excellence.

    • Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders such as Product Management, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Sales to coordinate and design support offerings to provide the highest level of solution optimization and value
    • Define and execute GTM strategy globally for all support offerings
    **A proven track record in developing support portfolio management for SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS organizations (preferably with security and network technologies).

    • An entrepreneurial approach with data-driven decision making to support portfolio development
    • Exceptional leadership in defining the global support services roadmap, driving support GTM initiatives, establishing pricing models, and identifying new opportunities
    • An understanding of the land and expand approach within large enterprises customers relative to support services
