- Define and execute GTM strategy globally for all support offerings
- An entrepreneurial approach with data-driven decision making to support portfolio development
- Exceptional leadership in defining the global support services roadmap, driving support GTM initiatives, establishing pricing models, and identifying new opportunities
- An understanding of the land and expand approach within large enterprises customers relative to support services
