RN Supervisor for Outpatient Family Medicine Community Clinic in San Marcos Welcome to TrueCare San Marcos .

Conveniently located right off of CA-78 E in San Marcos, TrueCare San Marcos offers an array of health care services including Primary Care , Pediatric Care , Women's Health , Dental Care , Quick Care , Behavioral Health , Lab and X-ray , Chiropractic Care , Acupuncture , Pharmacy Services and Health Insurance Assistance .

Our hours are M-F 8am to 5pm with Saturday rotation
We want to hear from you if you meet the following requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Graduate of an accredited California School of Professional Nursing.
At least one (1) year clinical nursing experience in an outpatient care setting.
At least one (1) year supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
Bachelors in Nursing is preferred.
BLS Certification for health care providers
Current Californian State Board RN License
Computer proficiency, particularly with Electronic Health/Medical Record systems and the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Word.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position.

If you are hired at TrueCare, your final base salary (within the pay range), will be determined based on factors such as education, knowledge, skills, and experience.

In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members when determining any final offer.

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer generous benefits and retirement plans.

Employment is contingent on having an annual COVID-19 vaccination, or use of a mask, from November 1 through March 31 of every year.

8inic Supervisor is responsible for supervising back office staff and, within the scope of practice, performing nursing duties following established policies, procedures and standards.

The RN Clinic Supervisor is also responsible for ensuring that back office staff work effectively and efficiently in a care team setting with an emphasis on customer service and high quality health care.
