    We are looking for a Functional Microsoft D365 Business Central Senior Associate who wants an opportunity to advance their career and help support our growing practice

    Responsibilities

    • Effectively demonstrate the capabilities of D365 Business Central
    • Participate and lead client workshops uncovering requirements to efficiently implement D365 Business Central
    • Work collaboratively with a team encompassing many different backgrounds and experience levels
    • Manage and document business and system processes making use of Microsoft cloud-based tools including Lifecycle Services and Azure Dev Ops
    • Train key users on the core job functions
    • Identify and link functional and technical requirements to deliver an end-to-end solution
    Qualifications
    • 3-5 years of implementation experience using Microsoft's D365 Business Central and/or previous versions of Dynamics NAV
    • A minimum of 3 years of ERP implementation experience using defined project management methodologies
    • Ability to learn and stay current with One Version to enhance the client experience with new and upcoming features
    • Desire to learn, grow, and exceed internal and client expectations
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to present to an audience
    • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and contribute to various teams
    • Microsoft D365 Business Central/NAV certifications including:
      • Manufacturing and Finance
      • Complex Delivery Experience

    Compensation Range: $78,600 - $148,500

    Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
