Home Instead is urgently hiring caring and compassionate Full-Time CAREGivers with a flexible schedule for an overnight shift in Paducah, KY
We're seeking dedicated individuals available for Full-Time availability overnight with a flexible schedule to make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors right here in our Paducah community.
At Home Instead, you're not just taking a job—you're joining a team with heart. Our CAREGivers provide non-medical support that helps older adults stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
What You'll Do
Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
Offer medication and appointment reminders
Deliver specialized Alzheimer's and dementia care (training provided)
What We're Looking For
A compassionate, dependable, and respectful personality
Strong communication skills
Willingness to complete background, motor vehicle, and drug screening
Valid driver's license and auto insurance (if transporting clients)
No experience required—training provided
